The best way to describe Windows 7 is that the experience is immediately much more trouble free and convenient than Windows Vista. We no longer have to bite our tongues in front of customers. Windows 7 is worth the upgrade.

The other very important thing to do is check your internal phone extension wiring. Make sure it’s away from large electrical items, and also fit an IPlate or if you can use a pair of pliers remove the bell wire see http://broadband-speedup.blogspot.com/

for some simple instructions. Or do a google – this is quite well documented.

Worked for me. 0.7Mbps increase for 5mins effort – can’t be bad!!!

I would like to point out that rural communities do not have access to broadband services and are limited to dial-up. Yes it would be great if this could continue to be a topic of discussion placed before government. I for one am an advocate for community netowrks and Yes grants to put up the infrastructure. This is where none of the incumbants will go! There are problems as with anything that have to be overcome but we are working on it!

Chrome OS is just based on Linux and it is not really a “real” proprietary operating system from Google. i wonder if Google would also compete with MS Windows in the future.

Chrome OS is based on Linux and is only available for Netbooks. I wonder if Google would make an OS that would compete with Windows XP or Windows 7.

c:\program file\secunia\PSI\psi.exe description/N/A .. publisher/N/A .. status/invalid .. location/current user start up .. I was going threw my launch path with my Revo uninstaller and seen that this program was invalid .. Did Internet Explorer stop this program .. ?? or did I some how lose it some where .. ?? I’m running mozilla firefox .. my pc came with Windows xp home edition pre-installed .. my question to all this is do I really need this program .. ?? .. I have not seen any changes as far as performance .. Thank you for you’re time .. Dave ..
